The challenge
Matching hundreds of CVs to client needs by hand is slow, tedious, and heavily dependent on the experience of whoever does it. Being both fast and accurate is genuinely hard.
The process
We built a tool that automatically compares available profiles against a project's needs and surfaces the most relevant candidates. Above all, it explains its choice: why a given profile comes first, and on what criteria. No black box — the recommendation stays understandable and open to challenge, and the team keeps the final say.
